Sauna Sweat Suits
Q. How often should I wear my suit?
A. As often as you like, but try not to develop a vinyl fetish (just kidding!).
Most people on average wear their suit for an hour or two whilst working out, two or three times a week. There is no problem increasing or decreasing your work out schedule as long as you are comfortable with it.
Q. How does it make me lose weight?
A. The use of Sauna Suits uniquely brings out misconceptions about losing weight. That is, to lose weight, your body needs to burn more food (calories) than you eat. Basically, when your body has no immediate food source to burn it will then start to utilise (burn) stored fat – and that’s the stuff you are trying to get rid of!
Sauna Suits help you lose weight by burning more fuel, and by perspiring heavily you are also helping rid your body of unwanted toxins. Please remember that your body is burning calories when you wear a Sauna Suit, so you can drink water to keep yourself hydrated.
Q. Won’t I also be losing water?
A. You most certainly will, and this water also needs to be replaced by re-hydration. We strongly recommend that you only drink mineral water when replacing lost fluids whilst wearing your Sauna Suit. If you drink any other type of fluid you are in danger of putting weight back on and undoing all your hard work.
Q. Who wears Sauna Suits?
A. Sauna suits are used for weight loss and conditioning by professional athletes, amateur athletes and enthusiasts alike.
Slimming Capsules
Q: Do I need to exercise whilst on the capsules?
A: It’s not required but certainly recommended. Exercise will help you lose weight faster – just don’t go crazy and have fun.
Q: Should I drink more water?
A: We would recommend that you to drink at least 2 litres or 8 glasses of water a day, as well as your normal intake.
Q: What kind of diet works best with the capsules?
A: We recommend that you simply eat as sensibly as possible, and cut out any junk food where ever possible. There is no strict diet plan to adhere to with regard to our capsules, but as you can no doubt appreciate, they’re not going to have maximum effect if you live on pizza and coke!
Q: Do the capsules have any side effects?
A: Our capsules have no known side effects. The increase in your metabolic rate levels may make you feel ‘pumped’ in a similar way to say, coffee or an energy drink, if you find this happens simply reduce the dosage to 1 tablet instead of 2.
As with any food stuffs not to be taken if:
If you are a pregnant or nursing mother. If you are under 18 or you are allergic to shellfish. Consult your G.P. before taking if: You have a known medical condition such as heart problems, high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid problems or you are taking any prescribed medication. If you suffer from any allergies always check the label to ensure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients.
